Hi, how can I download messages from openview into a text file. I need to send specific messages to HP support but don't know how to download tem into a text file. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Points will be given.

If you have a PC and Exceed you can snapshot the screen!!!

ctrl-alt-print

then paste to a WORD doc.
