newbie .. DL180 G6 on FC10

Hello All,
I am very new with this, I bought DL180 G6 and I am trying to install Fedora Core 10, but it stucks and it keeps ask me to insert driver..

where can I find step by step linux installation?

Which driver does it ask to 'insert'?
