nohup: can't detach from console: Inappropriate ioctl for device

Hi!

 

I am getting the nohup issue on mac osx while trying to start a process through nohup in the startup script.

 

nohup: can't detach from console: Inappropriate ioctl for device

 

Please help!

Hi Allan,

What is your OS version?
I assume that you are using Mac OS X 10.6.7 and please try removing "nohup" from TeamCity/buildAgent/bin/agent.sh script.

OS 10.6.7. I do need nohup in the script cant do without it.
