office 2007 and windows mobile 2003

I have an IPAQ with mobile 2003. I have outlook 2003 at home and outlook 2007 at work.

I use my ACTIVESYNC to combine calendar events notes and tasks between the two places.

Of course, now it doesn't work.

What software to I need toupdate for ACTIVESYNC and WINDOWS MOBILE?

And will it all work on my IPAQ 3700?
