onbar backup configuration in HPUX

Hi Experts,
Anybody can help me how to configure onbar backup in HPUX..?
I can take backup with ontape utility, When i was trying to do with onbar backup, Its starting , I cannot see any backup files created..??and not giving any error message also,
Do we need to create any link for libraries..??

We let Data Protector handle the onbar tasks... and it does a GREAT job.. both for Oracle and Informix.
