cmanicd is running... [ OK ]
[root@server etc]# rpm -qa | grep -i hp-
hp-ilo-8.5.0-1.rhel5
hp-health-9.20-1528.19.rhel5
hp-snmp-agents-9.20-2350.17.rhel5
Upon checking /etc/rc.status file, found that it is an empty file.
[root@server etc]# ls -lrt /etc/rc.status
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 0 Dec 7 2016 /etc/rc.status
Any ideas ?

Re: /opt/hp/hp-snmp-agents/server/etc/cmad: line 213: rc_status: command not found
Hi,
What is the server model and OS version?
Check out if the SNMP service is running on the server and restart the SNMP service, hp-health and SNMP agents services and check out. The results should be positive.
From the versions, the hp-health and snmp-agents are very old. Update the versions to the latest available.
Regards,
KK
