pa-risc linux on b2600 w/ usb keyboard

Admins,

I've downloaded pa-risc linux and have booted from a cd on my b2600. Once the initial welcome screen comes I don't have any control of my keyboard or mouse to acknowledge the "continue" button. The mouse and keyboard are usb devices. Do I need a driver update, and if so, how do I get it into the image I'm booting off of?
