The only thing left in question is the MBR. If the above doesn't completely remove Linux, then follow the instructions provided by Microsoft, http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;315224 .

if you dont want to delete linux partitions and you feel free space is available on the system, then use e2fs(i believe your linux box has ext2 file system) resizing utility to shrink the file system, check the file system.create a new partition from the remaining free space and install windows on it.
it seems easier in writing, but its a tedious process with lot of patience required.

That will allow you to totally make Linux disappear. This will make me sad, but sometimes there is a good reason for doing such a thing.
