Dear All
we have hp-ux11i operating system, we were using a network printer on the system,we define it from the drivers installed in the operating system,before a month we connect a new network printer which is gestetner DSm622,and we see that the printing process goes will sometimes and in the other times it gives timeout and not print any job again until we remove the jobs and reprinting them again, so is it needed to install a new drivers for this printer or what should we do for that.

i do not install nay software in my hp server i use the same driver defition , so is it necessary to install the new drive definition

i want to ask question,by this software you just renew some features for the printer , put when i define the printer hat drive should i use when i define the physical printer.

what i mean is when i define the physical printer ,which printer modle should i choose as i see that the software used to support the features of an already installed printer.
