pthread_create fails and PHKL_23902

My application receives EAGAIN when call pthread_create. And I believe the error is bogus. I have applied the patch PHKL_23902 but still see the error. I don't know if I need other patches. The max_thread_proc seems under the control. Please help

Did you wrote your own application or some software/product gave this error?

If yours, then give the arguments for compilation and linking.

In which system (10,11,11i) you are trying/building your application?

The O/S is 11.00 see patch, as to your problem it sounds very similar to a known problem which occurs on hpux 11.00 only and was reported v.recently.

My advise is log a support call with your local HP Response Centre and ask if what you describe is related to CR# JAGae68875. I suspect a patch will be made available at some point.
