removing domain from sendmail

I having an issues with sendmail. When I send a mail it ends up with two domain names.

Example.

my program sends out a mail message with the from being tim@ttksg.com

When I recieve the message it has the "from" as tim@ttksg.com@rp5400.nlt.com

both are valid domains but I only want the first one to show up.

I have seen this and fixed this before but I am drawing a blank today.

Hi,

Please edit your /etc/mail/sendmail.cf and force your domain name:
Change default example definition,
#Dj$w.Foo.COM
by:
Dj ttksg.com (a space separating)

Try an email and tell me if been enough.
