sam problem when trying to Add Monitoring Request

Hi,

I am trying to add some monirtoing using sam but I don't know why when I am trying to select and click enter on the it doesn't work
could someone help me for this ? and if I can do it without using sam.
select Event Monitoring Service
I select Action -> Add or Copy Monitoring
........
Request
Double-click a resource class to navigate the resource hierarchy, then select an instance in the bottom list to add a request.
Location in Resource Hierarchy: Resource Classes StorageAreaNetwork adapters connectivity storage ...
..............
When I select the resource and type enter nothing happen and so I can't create a monitor...

I did it on my test machine and it works but on the production I can't do anything... do you think something is blocked ?

Ok sometimes I am very stupid anyway I use F1 + return and it works!
