Hello,

could somebody please tell me where I can find an overview and a short explanation of different HP support levels?

Thanks all!

The reason for my question is, I can not activate Software Update Manager at my profile, although SW Technical Unlimited Support was bought.

Error Message is: "no Support Agreements provide software update support from HP"

Hello,
You need to link your support agreement id to your itrc login.
Your local sales support person should be able to assist with giving you the correct numbers to enter and to make sure your agreement is enabled for this. Once this is sorted out you can add them your profile .

In the menus on the left hand side select more maintenance and support options, then under Profile select Link support agreements hp care packs and waranties to your profile .
