sysinfo logging
How can I specify or change the directory for the sysinfo logs? The default is /tmp.

Re: sysinfo logging
Change it in /etc/syslog.conf file to point to wherever you want and restart syslogd.
kill -1 pid_of_syslogd

oopss sysinfo logs!!!!! I was sure blind for a split of second.
Edit SysInfo script and search for LOGDIR
variable. Change it from /tmp to wherever you want.

Re: sysinfo logging
Thanks - but now I realize there are a lot of temporary files generated while the script is running that fills up /tmp "temporarily" before being cleaned up. I'll have to work on that. Thanks Again!
