Re: tellneting hpux server

hi

after you login to the server using putty,

in the Putty screen, right click on the White Window bar of Putty -- go to settings -- go to Terminal -- Keyboard --- choose backspace key as CTRL+H, APPLY.

use the backspace key.

hope this is helpful.

^? << This will come when you press backspace
If you press backspace and if ^H character comes, replase ^? with ^H.

Also to make this permanent across the logins, please add it to /etc/profile
