telnetd not logging connections on HP-UX 11.23

telnetd not logging connections on HP-UX 11.23

Perhaps someone with 11.23 experience can enlighten me as to how they got telnetd to start connection logging. I have alaready enabled inted -l and have ssh logging connections, but do not see any logging entries for telnetd. Suggestions?
