unable to access any sites on a plesk webserver

When trying to access any web sites or webmail on a webserver i keep getting the following.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Nothing as far as i can see has changed on the server.

I cant access plesk control panel due to network restrictions but have command line access.

Any ideas on what could of caused this blanket ban?

Cant see any changes in .htaccess files, but didnt think that plesk would affect these much anyway.

Shalom,

I suggest you check the logs to see if plesk is having problems.

Maybe you get on the system console and check the plesk gui.
