upgraded oracle financials to 11.59, error when trying to click on help

Here is the error I am getting. Keep in mind that it was working before and just stopped working. Would appreciate any ideas. HPUX 11.00, running on an N4000

George,

We can't see your errors, however...

What kind of software are you using to point back to an X-server to display graphics for financials? We have used VNC with 9iAS in the past, and this works pretty well. You might be using something similar, and should verify that it is running, and available.

From the user that is running the financials, try running the following command:
xhost +

This should open up the xterm to allow for anyone to get into it. This could also be the problem.

If you can, can you post the error messages that you are seeing on the system, and we can go from there.
