sometimes my usb mouse stop acting, because of loose connection(?)
i have to reboot system?
any suggestion?

Try as root:
service usbd restart

Solution
Hello eugene
That depends on many factors, but you can certainly try. :)
First, if you're inside X , do
Ctrl-Alt-F1
and then return to X with
Alt-F6 (or Alt-F7, depending on your configuration).
If that doesn't help, go to text mode with ctrl-alt-f1 and use:
/etc/rc.d/init.d/usb restart
