use of dialog via telnet on hpux 11.00

I used successfully dialog library in linux and with hp 10.20.

Now I'm trying to use it with an hpux 11.00 but even if everything seems work if I use an xterm, when I connect to the server via telnet after drawing the mask (an inputbox) it immediatly quits (as if I pressed ok or cancel). I argue it 's a terminfo problem but I don't know if I'm right neither how to solve my problem.
