virtual terminal login

hi,
as i try to login through virtual termila by pressing ctrl+alt+fn iam getting a login screen but when i type in my username and password .. iam getting back the login prompt.. need help

it seems ok to your file.

I guess the user you wanna login, this account may be expired or the user have invalid shell.

Check the /var/log/messages file for more info
