where are testdrive machines?

I am not able to access any of the testdrive machine also the testdrive page ( http://www.testdrive.hp.com ) is no accessible.

is tesdrive program discontinued?? ?

I thought of trying pvp once but ended up in not doing it as I had a testdrive account.. no I have no option :-), I will try pvp .
