xhost +server no display
./vncserver :0 -pn -localhost
then the next command is xhost +serverip
or xhost +serverhostname
The problem is error appear as
unable to open display "".

Work together with DBA
She realise env for root don't have
DISPLAY=ip number :0.0
but if we su - oracle and check the env the the info is there.
So go back to root.
Run command
DISPLAY=
export DISPLAY
then when run xhost +
