After verification we can say that we don't have a third party spool packaged.
You will find attached to this message the information coming from SYSGEN about the 2 concerned printers. You will also find a copy of our NPCONFIG file.
Thanks

Solution
Some more questions.
1. Are ports 200 and 210 virtual ports, ie not configured on any dtc's?
2. Can you ping the printers (using ping.net.sys)
3. Did you do an DOIONOW after configuring the printers in sysgen or do a restart of the system.
Ian (running out of ideas)

Re: CHANGING AN IP ADDRESS OF A PRINTER ON THE HP - III
If you can't ping it using ping.net, can you ping it using ping from the command line on your PC? If so then you have a problem with the configurations of the network on the HP. If you can't ping it at all from anywhere then you have a problem with the setup on the printer itself.
I believe that if you have it configured in both SYSGEN and NMCONFIG then you would get a big error message whenyou tried to validate your NMCONFIG file. (You DID do that didn't you?)
