D390 hp 9000 server stops on C240 memory

I have an old HP9000 D390 server with one cpu which stops on "Test  c240 memory" on the LED screen of the Tower.

I am trying to find information on codes, but I cannot find anything.

The code means:

TEST C240 Loading memory configuration from EEPROM

If it is failing there I would suspect a problem on the system board.

I wonder if there is a pdf copy of A3262-90011 HP 9000/D class servers service manual?  Monday I will be doing some trouble shooting I rebooted and changed out two old memories and I did get a little further, but having memory problems.

I took all the memory out and started to put back pairs and i found 2 bad simms so far but the system is back running, but tomorrow I hope to test the rest.

FLT 7500 is the one I know now.
