HP 3000/939K/ 020 - How can config hardware parameters of its Lan Card

How can I configure the server lan card?
I need to know if I can modify parameters like Flow Control (Full, Half...).
I don't know if I can do this.
I understand that I can configure MPE settings of this LAN Card with NMMGR but not hardware settings.

I need to know if I can modify this parameters and how can I do it.

Idoubt that any 3K NIC has flow-control, unless there was a 1Gbit NIC at the end there. Otherwise, autoneg on the 100BT NICs was generally pretty good, so hardcoding settings shouldn't be necessary.

If the system is a "K" class then the core I/O was 10 Mbit/s half-duplex only classic Ethernet anyway, so nothing to set there.

Is there some command to read NIC configuration.
I know that I can't change this configuration but, how can I read it?
I want to know how my target is configured.
I need this information like Flow Control.

With SYSGEN is possible, or NMMGR?
