Hello Robert,

The 9x9KS family (and many others) will be discontinued this year, but will be supported until 2006. You can find more information here:

Thanks Eric, but our sales rep told us that the 959KS was not included and HP is dropping support for the 959KS in 2001. Notice in the announcement from HP, the 959KS is not mentioned specifically.

Hello Robert,

I do not believe the 959 is different from the others in the 9x9 family. I will look into this and respond as soon as I can find more information.

Hello Robert,

It is true-- the 959 has it's own schedule. The hardware folks tell me the end-of-support date is 03/31/2002, so it was obsoleted five years prior to that date. Your contract representative should have this information.

Could you give me some official documentation regarding this. We can't seem to find anything regarding the 959 being discontinued anywhere.
