HP9000 Support - France

We are based in the UK and are moving several HP9000 servers to an office in France. Does anybody have any contact details - email, telephone - of who I can speak to locally in France to get a quote for HP hardware support?

hi,

in this situation i would recommend to your ASM ( account support manager ) from HP dedicated for your company and ask him. How can the HP help you with this transfer and which support is possible to get.

hi, you do not need to contact anybody in france for this.

Just contact HP or a reseller in the uk you normally use and they can still give you a quote for support in another country. Then when its gone through you can either log the call to hp uk or france or just through the itrc.

I was specifically told by my distributor here in the UK that they couldn't quote us for support on hardware that was in another country.

If you are certain this is not correct, I will get back to them and query it.
