HPPB SE SCSI Adapter - 28655A

I've got this adapter without any manual, anyone got a copy of this. I wonder whether I can change the SCSI ID of this adapter card.

It's possible to configure the SCSI ID. There is a DIP switch with four switches in the middle of the card.
SCSI Adress Switch 3 2 1
0 0 0 0
1 0 0 1
2 0 1 0
3 0 1 1
4 1 0 0
5 1 0 1
6 1 1 0
7 1 1 1

1 = ON (open position)
0 = OFF (closed position)

Switch 4 on is for enable/disable parity checking.
1 = Enable Parity checking (open position)
0 = Disable Parity checking (close position)
