How to capture a PIM Dump

What are the procedures in order to capture a PIM Dump when N class server halts/aborts?

You can use the pim command from bch or pdcinfo or stm on CPUs from running OS.

Stop the server during boot and switch to SERVICE menu:

Main Menu: Enter command or menu > ser

Command Description

CLEARPIM Clear (zero) the contents of PIM
SCSI [option] [] [] Display or set SCSI controller values
MemRead
[] Read memory and I/O locations
PDT [CLEAR] Display or clear the PDT
PIM [] [HPMC|LPMC|TOC] Display PIM information
ProductNum [] Display or set Product Number
ScRoll [ON|OFF] Display or change scrolling ability
SELftests [ON|OFF] Enable/disable self test execution

BOot [PRI|ALT|] Boot from specified path
DIsplay Redisplay the current menu
HElp [] Display help for specified command
RESET Restart the system
MAin Return to Main Menu




or just run "pdcinfo", IIRC in /usr/contrib/bin

If there's been a problem with the server, the PIM output will be in the /var/tombstones/ts99 file. Latest PIM output there.
Should have been an astronaut.
