L2000 GSP red light

Hi all

I have an L2000 server and at the back of the GSP theres a red light showing, The server rebooted itself yesterday and now the red light is showing at the back of the GSP. Does this mean that it's faulty ? The server is up and running fine now but just that red light showing.. Any help would be great on this

I'm not in the office this week so i cant do anything to it , but if i read all the GSp log would that light disappear?

Re: L2000 GSP red light

Red or amber?

Can you access the GSP?

Try

#stty +queryGSP
if needed
#stty +resetGSP

Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: L2000 GSP red light

Hi Torsten

Is the battery a straight swap and leave it for a while and my settings will go back to normal or would i need to configure my it back ?

Re: L2000 GSP red light

You need to configure the IP settings along with the user accounts (for the GSP, not the server itself).

Hope this helps!

Torsten.
