Hi,

You're having a physical problem, the operating system handles this situation while not exceeding the limit "PDT Total Size" (usually 50), at that moment you will have a serious problem, I recommend you open an incident of hardware to replace banks affected memory. You can also use this command:

#echo "selclass qualifier memory;info;wait;infolog"|cstm

u can read in text format of the logs

Single bit error if comes frequently keep an eye on syslog and cstm error, you can log a hardware call to HP , and most probably you have to replace that module,

check with:
# echo "selclass qualifier memory;info;wait;infolog" | /usr/sbin/cstm

Reboot the server and watch for more errors.
