Could post output of PS and SS?
You can have 2 npar in rp7410 but you must add one more CELL board. Currently, 1 cell board, you can have only 1 npar.
If you need to create another partition from your existing single cell board. VPAR is the only option.

Re: NPAR - IPMI - RP7410
try to create a genesis parition. Use CC command from the command menu and select G option.
Be aware that your entire current configuration will be lost. As a result, all partitions will be deleted and replaced by a single cell new partition.

J.

I have done that.
Currently the cell is on slot 1.
When i power it up, all goes up but, the 2 internal disks are still amber.
when i move the cell to Slot 0
Power up the server, the Disks light green.
i cant create a genisis partition when i move to slot 0.
Sorry, command failed: RtnCodeFailure

Re: NPAR - IPMI - RP7410
all partitions (1 in your case) have to be in a shutdown-for-reconfig state prior to creating a genesis partition. Have you done this ?
From command menu, issue the RR command.
CM> RR
I have also noticed in your text file that the core cell for partition 0 is in INVALID state and that a failure has been detected. Maybe the cell is defective.

Re: NPAR - IPMI - RP7410
ps output looks ok. Apparently, you can create a genesis partition (CC command). If it works thats mean your box is OK. Leave the cell in slot 1 and you may continue ur work by installing OS with the remaining 2 internal disk.

Not sure how many disks you have. If you have only 2, move them to other slots which accessible by cell 1.
usually, to have all 4x internal disk accessable, 2 cell boards are required. Each cells has connectivity to half of PCI IO chassis and 1x core IO card. refer diagram attached.
i noticed your lan/scsi card are not available. does it installed in the most left or most right slots? You also have 1 MP only.
