Need help

hello pal


i get problem with my server, i am under hp-ux B.11.11
rp3440
when u try to turn on it, it gives me this message " fatal system state detected "

also with red light aftet cheking system logs the red light stop, but no result.


thnks in advance.

Read the MP system logs, the reason should be listed there.

So did they reveal anything which might explain the issue to you?

If not call your support provider.
You have a maintenance contract right? Use it!

some times this get cleared by reading error messages.

By reading the logs only the LED will go off, this is the only change.

From MP do

MP> sl

select "e", type "t", type "d" and post what you see.

Include

MP:CM> ps
MP:CM> sysrev

Pls log a call to HP support, seems some power and PCI (either motherboard or card) issue.
It's kind of fun to do the impossible
