RP8400 Changing the cell name

We have a RP8400 with 4 NPAR with HPUX 11.23 installed cell 0, 1, 2, 3. Is there a way to change the name from cell 0 to say prod1?

You cannot change cell names, but you can change nPar names (see parmodify).

you can also change the Complex names, but the cell names cant be changed.

to change the NPAR name you can use the "pd" command from the BCH or parmodify -p 1 -P like to change the name of NPAR "1".

to change the complex name you can use the cplxmodify -N or "id" from the BCH and to see the current complex name parstatus -X.
