Well, the message "'Press P to reset passwords' " is what I would expect.
Nothing else.

Just to be sure you should check the firmware versions:

Current firmware revisions

MP FW : E.03.32
BMC FW : 04.06
EFI FW : 05.48
System FW : 04.29

Either from OS (machinfo) or from MP (you can try "Oper/Oper" to logon - normally nobody does change this account :-))

Thanks All , what happened was we were not quick enough each time we reset the button. So had to improve on our sprinting to make it around the racks to the front where the console was :-)
