1. What is the HPUX OS version is installed?
2. What is the USB driver version?
# swlist -l product | grep -i usb
3. Are you using USB ports and what kinda devices are connected to those ports?

I am using HPUX 11.11, no usb driver and I do not use the usb.

I'm getting the same error on a number of machines (one rp3410 and a number of b2600s), but only sporadically.

I have no USB devices connected, but I have the following patch installed:
PHKL_35011 1.0 Cumulative USB Driver Patch

It's a harmless message that can be ignored... basically its debug information that slipped through.

There's even a support note on it if you care:

As this is 11.11 and the message is essentially harmless, I wouldn't expect any sort of fix in a hurry.
