What PDC version is your system running?

These are LPMC events, which could be cache or memory, but your code is very old and there a lot of fixes to address Chassis Codes, firmware diagnostics, etc...

I would take a closer look at the software STM version, your PDC and GSP Firmware versions, patches and update accordingly.

Make sure your EMS hardware monitors are set to monitor future LPMC events.
