Re: lbolt on dmesg (Hardware Issue)

I guess you posted this message in two different forums. Anyway, the answer again is to find out the exact disk which has failed and replace it.
Look up Doc Id:A5872864 to find out which disk is giving the errors.

Re: lbolt on dmesg (Hardware Issue)

from bp->b_dev: 1f02a000
the problem is with c2t10d0
ioscan -fnkCdisk
to verify,
wathch out with your vg, update the driver claiming the c2 ext_bus and/or replace the disk

Re: lbolt on dmesg (Hardware Issue)

sorry you already got that bit!
Well
lvdisplay -v /dev/vg0?/lvol*
and make sure all mirrors are in a consistent state.
If you have online diagnostics installed:
software.hp.com/SUPPORT_PLUS/
you can run some non destructive tests on the disk to analyse their health.

I would imagine it is a driver problem..
what /stand/vmunix
but it could also be due to cableing.
