rp440 server does not reboot, the raid cards keeps recycling

Server stopped responding this morning. Took a look at the back and can see that the fibre cards for the eva keep power cycling every 10 seconds. Noticed that after maybe 15 minutes the power goes off even for the Lan card.
Used MP and all the fans and power look good.
Ran error checks and found error 7 and reported the hex numbers to HP. I power cycled the server and it did not even try to go to the machine code to check on cpu/memory for example. Waiting for call back from HP.
The power to root drives and the eva array all look good. Any ideas what may be going on,would be helpful - this a production server.

Thanks -

Alert level 7 sounds like a serious hardware problem.

If HBAs are power cycling, so at least the I/O backplane (the system board itself) is doing the same.

You need to discuss this with your hp support, there is probably nothing you can do on your own.

Hope this helps!

Turned out it was the carrier board for the cpu that was having a problem, so HP replaced and that solved the issue.

Thanks
