Try to boot manually and see what error you are getting:
- Else , then Try with Single user mode.

from PDC:
MAin:Menu:> path

MAin:Menu:> boot

Interact with ISL, N




Check any error message,

when we boot from DVD it sees all disks but when we boot from bch it only sees the DVD and the tape drive.

If we specify the hardware path from bch comes with no lif area.

bo pri comes back with not a valid path

we reinstalled from DVD to a disk on jamaica box connected and the installation was successful. but when we boot it comes to bch and does not see a disk.

your help is much appreciated.

And I see absolutly nothing about your LCD Error Codes! Refer to the front panel, what is there?

For example,

LED Fault Symptoms Corrective action
03 FPGA not OK 1. Core Utilities Board (SCUB)
monitoring utilities chip
(MUC) problem.
2. MUC cannot get correct
program transfer from
EEPROM on power up.
â ¢ Cycle the node power
using the Key switch.
â ¢ Call the Response
Center.
04 dc OK error
(Upper Left)
1. Power supply is reporting
failure (dc OK) after
keyswitch is turned on, but
prior to SCUB power on
sequence.
2. This is the first of two or more
supplies reporting failure.
Call the Response Center
