When pressing 'A' the Server still boots into the OS.

Could someone please help to clear up what this means?

Re: ALERT LEVEL: 15 on rp2400 Server

Looks like a problem wih the server ROM (firmware).  A couple of things to try:

 - Interrupt boot process and get to the BCH Main Menu.  Run the command 'CO DE'  and then reset the server.

 - Try updating your firmware (if you can get a copy).  Latest is 43.50.

Re: ALERT LEVEL: 15 on rp2400 Server

Thank you for your answer.

Unfortunately the "co de" did only help for the first boot. I'll check if I can update, thanks.

Re: ALERT LEVEL: 15 on rp2400 Server

The Error means: CC_BOOT_ROM_XSUM_ERR so looks like a 'bit' failed in the Bootrom.
