That is how you get to the ISL prompt. If the system is attempting to boot, then it has gotten past the interrupt prompt.

Note the FLT messages on the LCD panel in front of the box. For if you call HP HW they will ask you the same question. Have a pen and pencil nearby to write down the FLT code. For example, FLT B800. Based upon the fault message you can determine what is failing.
