Error with PCI smart Fan.....Rp7405

Hi,

I have Rp7405 that doesn't boot now,but it shutdown within 1 min.and when i read live system log , i get the following error:
"Fan 0 working count insufficient istatus :15"
on cabinet 0 slot 0.

But the fan shows green light,so that type of errors is caused from the system board?

The fans are below the top cover, the positions should be mentioned on a label on that cover - check it.

I have already removed the top cover ,thats how i have seen the led of the fan.

This is odd.

Can you review the MP event logs as well as the EMS logs?

/etc/opt/resmon/logs

The fan speed maybe is sometimes below the threshold for a period of time, later it is fast enough (looks like working), the MP logs should tell you. However, if this happens several times you should replace the fan (left, rear position).
