HP 9000 B2600 CD-ROM ISSUE

I have an issue.. the machine is showing a hardware failure for the CD the CD was replaced and still having the same issue.

" ENTRY_INIT failed, status = -4: Ubrecoverable hardware error"

Looks like you receive this during boot. What CD is inside?

they were trying to load AdvaCommand 1.8/6 for UNIX.

Did an "sea" bo p0 for CD

I assume this message appears when you try to boot from this CD, but it is likely not bootable. If the boot fails, the system suggests a hardware error.

Will try loading another CD then. I personally have never received the error message on any 9000 server or workstation so I thought right of the bat it was a hardware issue with the motherboard.
