Can you post more info?  Logs from the GSP for instance or any context whatsoever about the problem?

Hope the issue resolved??, it is related with :

Keyword = VOLTAGE_DEGRADES_TO_NON_RECOVERABLE
Voltage degraded to non-recoverable level from less severe.
