MP RP8420

Hi Friends,
I want to reset the the MP Password on RP8420.
I tried Admin/Admin but its not working. client changed the password and forgot that.
Is there any way to reset the password?
Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

Connect to the serial line of the MP and press the rest button (hold ~10sec). This will reset everything (MP only) to factory defaults, including IP settings.

... consider to try logon using Oper/Oper to get the current settings first. Most of the times this account (Operator) is unchanged.
