MP access

Hello,

I have this problem on rp3440-4: when trying to read the event log (SL), the connection (Telnet on MP) freezes.

I need to clear the event log.

MP MAIN MENU:

CO: Console
VFP: Virtual Front Panel
CM: Command Menu
CL: Console Log
SL: Show Event Logs
HE: Main Help Menu
X: Exit Connection

[gspoltsnlo] MP> sl

And nothing...

Try resetting the MP first: if the problem persists after the reset, check the MP firmware version and upgrade if the current firmware is very old.

Meanwhile you can read the logs using a browser connected to iLO.

After resetting the MP, the problem was solved. Then I have performed the firmware upgrade.
