Possible issue with the PCI interface, Please remove the PCI cards and try to boot the system.

Hi,
As you are aware this is a HW induced crash and this is caused by the PCI card in slot 10, hardware path 1/2, if the system is unbootable then i would suggest you to remove this card and try to bring up the machine.

I agree. I had almost an identical issue with slot 8. Any card in that slot would crash the system. I changed the Left PCI I/O backplane board. Box came up fine.
