http://www.hp.com
click software & driver downloads
type 'rp7410' into the search box, and click the arrow
click 'Cross operating system (BIOS, Firmware, Diagnostics, etc.)'
click download
This matches the disk you have displayed in your message. You may have to search around if you don't have the same disk in both servers.

Re: Need steps for rp5405 disk firmware upgradation
Firmware upgrades on disks are usually done through STM. If you don't know how to do it, I would strongly recommend that you have HP or your service provider do it for you.
The firmware file should be in /var/tmp before running the Firmware Update tool in STM. Note that you may lose all your data if you run the update, or cause the disk to be unusable. Make sure you really need the firmware to be updated before you proceed.
